1. Click HERE to access the SharkEye remote support tool.
2. Under Rquest Support Session, enter your email address and click on Start New Session
3. A pop up window will appear. Click on "Click here to start your session." Only click once.
4. A download with begin with the name ConnectWiseControl.Client.exe. When that's done downloading, Run the download. After a few seconds, the SharkEye tech will be able to connect. There is no need to click on the "Click here to start your session" again.
4. However, you may need to click Run or Allow a second time.
